The best numbers I"ve had here at college are 95 down and 75 up, which is like 5 times better than my connection at home.

You have your b's wrong.

10Mbps = 1.5 MB/s

b= bits
B= bytes (8 bits)

The speed and ping depends of the distance betwen you and the server. So I gues we have to know what server uses CC

I d/l torrents at 2-2.5MB/s at a max. Depends on the site though.

I've uploaded at upwards of 1.5MB/s.

Too lazy to do test though
