I think the link speaks for itself. He´s giving all (with very few exceptions) mediocre ratings even in areas that he couldn´t seriously rate from the game, and even to those he lost to.

Actually, it appears to me that he is rating most folks as "very average". This very much falls in line with what I've seen of his general demeanor. Do you really consider an average rating to be bad? I would suggest that your claim that it is ratings abuse is actually a far better example of "ratings misuse". Just because everyone else seems to want to inflate the system does not discredit his accuracy in rating.

Re: MichelSableheart
His bench mark is 3 stars. Not every rating is the same either. He is not in the extreme all 1 star or 5 star range.
Not abuse. We need to make sure that we all still have leeway in how we rate. Only extremes and mis using tags equate to abuse.

Just because someone doesn't rate others all 5's doesn't make it abuse. As far as calling it misuse you can call it what you want. Receiving a rating that you don't agree with doesn't make it abuse either. MichelSableheart is CLEARED of misusing the ratings system. If you would like to go through his ratings and provide some proof of abuse we can reopen this.

Why is he cleared if you suspect ratings abuse with proof from other gamers?.. Leaving an average rating does not imply abuse or misuse. What i find here on CC is that people expect to get 5 stars and anything less is not acceptable. I personally feel he can leave whatever he wants. No one can tell him what to think or feel. The main problem with the rating system is that it is used as a tool for discrimination. Mainly in joing clans, user groups and tournies.

Re: MichelSableheart[cleared]es
According to the instructions, a three star rating is average. Only when I see evidence that someone clearly isn't average do I deviate from a three star rating.
For the reference, I currently use the following rough guideline when giving out ratings:
Fair Play
Gameplay
Attitude

I do not suspect ratings abuse. I told the OP if he thought there was abuse he should go through the games and provide it.
