then today he sends another out of the blue

1.Inbox -> The Message He/She/It sent you -> Click on the Exclamation Mark at the top of the PM to report the message.
2.Inbox -> Rules, folders & settings -> If Sender is macy32, Delete Message -> Add Rule
Don't forget to foe the player too!

Macy your an uncouth little child who when doesnt get his own way resorts to childish outbursts,
no i din't tell my mother, hardly relevent to bring my mother into it, once again just childish, but you going around the whole of CC insulting people because they dont do what you want.
Severe PM abuse is what it says, not Qaunity of abuse recieve through PM's, you insult people becuase your either a child or jealous, either way it aint on! saying F*ck off and such in the game chat is one thing, but PM'ing me about my nationality is F****** out of order!

I fail to see where this qualifies as "severe PM abuse. He called you Scottish which you very well might be and a prick which you very well might be. He didn't not hurl a racist comment and he didn't even insult the Scottish.
