Actually, Im not sure one needs one to take part in such. Technically, the only prerequisite would be two of them. Whatever gets added after that, well...I suppose depends upon ones tastes, ability, or opportunity. I suppose the name of the event may change with the additions at some point, but again...technically speaking, one very well could take part in it.
