i suggest you solve your problems with the player/mod first. Mods are people too, and even they make mistakes. If you feel that is impossible, then you could contact management (red people) either by PM or by E-ticket.

all mods have a team leader go to the group that mod is in and pm the one that is in charge

ex

c and a mods king a
tourney mods night strike

if no joy with them take it up a notch
