Greasemonkey

Post by Aries »

Hey everyone :D I was just wondering if any greasemonkey users have ever had any viruses or something like that, cuz I'm extremely limited to the extra programs I can download onto my computer and I'd like to get greasemonkey.

Im no wiz when it comes to viruses and such, but my Spy Sweeper with AntiVirus has never detected anything. And I believe this program is pretty good at what it does.

And Greasemonkey is highly recommended, once tried you don't wanna be without it.

I recently started using it and I found my comp. was running faster. Also it can now cure cancer. Yesterday, a cripple boy touched the moniter and was able to walk after years in a wheelchair.

One Rape victom claimed she regained her virginity back when she was blessed by the comp.

Thanks to grease monkey, my comp now has stopped the world hunger problem, after the US dept. of agriculture gave my comp the job to run world wide food distribution.

Next, millions of aids victoms in Africa were healed after hearing a cd I personally burned from the grease monkey blessed comp.

Ah, but absolute power corrupts absolutely! Soon the comp demanded more hard drive space, and a better graphics card. The world was held at it's mercy, as his demands became more and more excessive.

Finally a task force was made to combat the EVIL being. Those beings were called multi hunters, since the computer was so multi faceted. The battle raged for much time until a small boy joined the ranks of the multi hunters. His name was Lack.

After years of training and conditioning Lack prepared the final attack on the beast. His knights along side him, he strood through the programming and found the missing piece. When entered the world was shattered into a million little pieces and redrawn again into what we know today.

They called his victorous move, The Grease Monkey Band-Aid. Now you should never down load the grease monkey with out the band aid, lest you tempt the fates and draw the monster out again.

That would be my only advice though.

I lost a majority of my sanity after the server changed and I couldn't use greasemonkey. I'm still looking for that in case you find it.

That reminds me of this story:

"Dwar Ev ceremoniously soldered the final connection with gold. The eyes of a dozen television cameras watched him and the subether bore through the universe a dozen pictures of what he was doing.

He straightened and nodded to Dwar Reyn, then moved to a position beside the switch that would complete the contact when he threw it. The switch that would connect, all at once, all of the monster computing machines of all the populated planets in the universe--ninety-six billion planets--into the supercircuit that would connect them all into the one supercalculator, one cybernetics machine that would combine all the knowledge of all the galaxies.

Dwar Reyn spoke briefly to the watching and listening trillions. Then, after a moment's silence, he said, "Now, Dwar Ev."

Dwar Ev threw the switch. There was a mighty hum, the surge of power from ninety-six billion planets. Lights flashed and quieted along the miles-long panel.

Dwar Ev stepped back and drew a deep breath. "The honor of asking the first question is yours, Dwar Reyn."

"Thank you," said Dwar Reyn. "It shall be a question that no single cybernetics machine has been able to answer."

He turned to face the machine. "Is there a God?"

The mighty voice answered without hesitation, without the clicking of single relay.

"Yes, now there is a God."

Sudden fear flashed on the face of Dwar Ev. He leaped to grab the switch.

A bolt of lightning from the cloudless sky struck him down and fused the switch shut."
