Is game chat on gabbly acceptable?

Just a quick question: Is it fair to be talking about your next move, and making plans with other players on Gabbly whilst playing a game? I haven't bothered to check to see if these guys have announced an alliance in the games or not, but I often wonder if thats whats happened to me when suddenly two or three players turn on me in a game. Im not whining, just curious if this is accepted strategy. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth! grrrrrr.... :x

It could have been a team game. Or if they had a posted alliance I would thinkit to be acceptable.

When I see that happening, I mention to the players that they need to post in game chat if it's not team. You can always go post in their game chat FOR them if they don't. I love to go into chat anonymously and read team game chat about games I'm in. :twisted: Only morons post team chat in gabbly.

i finally just had the revelation of keeping two windows open: the game and the livechat.. it makes it easier to go fetch chat-o-holic players like vic or maltbev.. also, you might catch some unannounced allegiences going down.. I say never trust a "gabber". personally, i'm alway in chat with my real profile name.
