About your Texas map
Hey I really look forward to playing your Texas map...a new and exciting map...that's really pretty close to accurate... we have too many counties in Texas to separate by county, so I really like how you have divided up areas. Nice job!
I would like to finish it soon.
I would like to finish soon. I just would like more help to set the code.
Texas
Need some help to finish! Thanks
Just a couple of things:
1 - Vermont: Did you mean Vernon?
2 - RGC: Maybe RGV?
3 - You realize, of course, that DFW is not that far north?
4 - There ARE mountains in Texas, but not that many, and further west.
5 - I agree that the cowboy looks a little hokey.
On the positive side, however, I believe you're right on track. Piney Woods and the two islands are exactly what Texas needs to be a playable map.

from time to time somebody comes to the foundry and digs an old thread from the pits of the foundry.

The barbwire is brilliant! I like it better than the other border objects. But can you make it stand out more? the barbwire's color is so neutral and blends in with some background colors. Maybe black with white border or some other stonger color?
And why isn't the cowboy wearing spurs?
And how bout them Spurs?

what if it's not abandoned?
when a map maker does not show up in the forum for over 6 weeks my guess is the map is abandoned
