.... it's 1:30

jesus christ are you guys that retarded, THERE ARE DIFFERENT TIME ZONES. However, you are BOTH wrong, CC uses Central time. So it is past 12 noon, but it is NOT 1:30 for CC, it is 12:30

edit- and it's at 12 midnight, not 12 noon, so the point is moot

and out of the 30 participants, 7 are premium

Hey Cardinal, I resemble that remark...LOL

The two guys in my game are freemiums as well. I would be willing to start the game for us too (even though they haven't logged on yet).

Hi all,

Sorry for the problem with the freemiums joining, only lackattack can solve that. I'm trying to get in touch with him. Please be patient and follow DJ Teflon's instructions while I'm trying to get something sorted.

I think that the tournament is going to go on with how ever many premiums they can find.

It looks like we cannot solve this issue any time soon.

This will mean that freemiums cannot participate.

I can only apologize for that on behalf of Conquer Club.

I'm positive there will be something done to make it up to the freemiums amongst us. I will do my best to make sure that happens. That's all I can promise for now.

Now, I dont mind that two players made a truce in my 2nd round game, but one of the players started telling my locations in chat...What is the point of a fog game then???

Second Round = 4 x 5-player groups (1 player progresses from each 5-player game)

I really wish this had been correct or announced--It would have made a difference on how I played the second game--says nothing about top two advancing.

Also I must say it is a shitty thing to have players making truces in a tourney.

DJ-looks like no matter what I do I end up having issues in your tourneys--be nice just to have a none for once.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.

In DJ's defence, this is what it said in the pm I got from him:

Please join within 10 minutes as stated in the rules (see below).

Two players progress to the semi-finals (1v1).

And truces in tournaments are a very common thing (not saying it's a good thing). DJ said he'll adjust the rules for the next version.

I think you need to give him a bit of credit HLA. Speed tournaments (so far) require improvising and I think DJ has done a pretty good job.
