I had the same problem - conquer club doesn't read the coordinates right. It's frustrating if you're coding the true coordinates from photoshop, but at least the shift is consistent so it's an easy fix.
Keyogi told me to subtract 3 from all of your X coordinates and add 23 to all Y coordinates. This got close, but I still had to manually adjust each one a bit. I think it might be closer to +22 for Y and -4 for X.
Play around with it and see what you come up with - I'd love to know what you think the exact shift is for future reference.
Maybe somebody should suggest this as a fix? I think I've warn out my welcome in that forum.

Hey guys. This was one of the first posts I did. I was looking at the map making process and fooling around with some XML. I found that the coordinate in Photoshop was not consistent with the XML coordinate. Here is the post and some pics I made

I've been going along under the assumption that the map test tool skews things in the same way that CC does... I hope that CC doesn't have it right, but just the map tester is wrong. ick.
i know why it is (i think) there is some space between the map and the far left of your window (also the top of your window) i think thats why
so do you go with what looks right in the tester?

1, 2, 3, NOT IT!
Actually, I'd say fix it now while there are only, what, 29 maps? I bet we could find a dozen volunteers in the foundry to fix two or three each - if we know the exact shift you could fix a typical map in under an hour. It'll just get harder as time goes by and more maps are added.
Not that I want to take this on... enough on my plate already.
