I am down about 600 points now in 2 weeks, and I haven't even played that much ... mostly based on fucked up dice ... consistently losing 8v3 and 9v3 - on a regular basis ... and in my last game I just lost 15v1. My opponent was busy taking out 4v19, 13v17, 3v6, among plenty of others.
Why do the bad streaks last so long, and then it takes so long to climb back up? Random my ass ......
Appearances can be deceiving. While it happens, I think most of the time your (or my or whoever's) bad dice makes your (etc.) opponents dice look better. I have a bad habit of convincing myself that if I try one more time it'll get better, only to lose two more to my opponent (that said, it has paid off... go figure). Once I'm weakened they just walk right through like they own the place.
Lately, I've been trying to contain myself when I'm going through a bad streak and try again next round... or the round after that... or the round after that.

It comes and goes, some days I can't do wrong, others I can't do right.
I'm probably in the minority (at least in this thread) but I don't think the intensity cubes are all that bad. Sometimes they're good for me, other's they're not. Yesterday was both, I was demolished because I couldn't defeat an 8v3. In another game I couldn't conquer a 10v1 (I did stop myself after two tries on the 10v1 though), the later in that game, when it mattered I was able to walk through 5 or 6 territs and win the game.
