Okay! This is my first tournament but nonetheless it will be great.
The tournament is all about teamwork and strategy. I should let you know now that you WILL NOT be able to keep the same team throughout the whole tournament. It's all about coming together to face a common enemy and you will lose if you fail to talk with your teammates, espescially in the final game should you get that far. Now on to the description.

This is a three round team elimination tournament with the following format:

First Round: 3 vs 3 team games. Total Games in Round: 4
Second Round: 2 vs 2 team games. Total Games in Round: 3
Final Round: 3 vs 3 team game. Total Games in Round: 1

You may request to be on a specific team with your teammates for the first round. After the first round, the winning teams will be split and each individual member with pair up with another player from a winning team and team up against two opponents. The teams of two that win are then split again and the players from that team of two will be on opposite teams of three for the third and final round . As such, it is possible for a team that won in the first round to be reunited if all the players from that team win their second game. This may not happen even if every member does because I will be using Random.org to randomize the players that will split into the teams in the third round as well as to randomize the non-specified teams in the first round. Therefore, people that were a team in the first round may be enemies in the third.

Round rules:

Initial troops: Auto (first round) Manual (second and third round)
Spoils: No Spoils (all rounds)
Reinforcements: Unlimited (all rounds)
Fog of War: No (first round) Yes (second and third rounds)
Play Order: Sequential (all rounds)
Map: Europa (First Round) Montreal (second round) World 2.1 (third Round)

We're getting close everyone. Just two more people needed until all 24 people are assembled. Once again, I will be waiting for possibly one reserve to join us so that one guy that may not show up because of some emergency or another possibly can be replaced. I understand that all of you must be quite bored waiting for the tournament to start and I'll sorry, but this isn't exactly HA's tournaments where he can get 30 people to join in 30 seconds flat(okay I was exaggerating, How about 31 seconds? It is much more realistic.) I will however start on creating the matchups for the first round. Games will be created as soon as I get the permissions.
This is the time for those who want to team up to tell me now. Also, get to know your teammates before the games start and dig up info on how your opponents work by visiting some of their games and seeing the way they play them, but please do not criticize them in those games. I have provided link's to each players profiles to aid you in your research except for the ones that have yet to join in the matchups and the player list for your convenience.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Circumstances of elimination and disqualification]There are a few ways to get put out of the tournament. I will list them:

1. If someone eliminates your team, then your team is out.
2. If someone eliminates you but your team wins, then you still adsvance.
3. If you do not join your game, then you are out and will be replaced if any replacements are available. If not then you will just have 2 people very mad at you. Exceptions are if you need a day or two because of special circumstances beyond your control.
4. If it is reported and proven that you have belittled others, been bias because of rank, or in any way put your competition in this tournament down in games of this tournament or not of this tournament then you will not advance in the next round even if your team wins or if it's the third round then I will not name you as a winner if your team wins unless I am forced to by the staff at Conquer Club. This is the ONLY warning you will get.

You should all know that you can look for teammates in this thread with other players already in the game. You can do this each round if you so choose as long as you can gather enough players for the whole team and not more or if the number of groups total formed for the round does not exceed the number of teams paticipating in the round altogether . Example being the first round not more than eight groups can form and not more than 3 members can be in a group. I WILL HOWEVER ALLOW 6 PERSON GROUPS IN FIRST ROUND AND 4 PERSON GROUPS IN THE SECOND. That way if a group wants to play a game amongst themselves with their own created teams they can. Naturally though, new groups will need to be formed for the following rounds after that particular round.

To speed up the time it takes to get the tournament started and to have more fun, why not bring a couple friends into the tournament to play with or against you. You can set up your own personal matches against who you want with people you want, as long as they haven't been eliminated and the number on each team doesn't exceed the amount allowed. You just need to let me know.
