Based on the GreenStar reference in the image I am going with something featuring an environmental theme.
Perhaps game play options where environmental involvement through GreenStar or otherwise would provide an "enhancement" to the player.

Wow, I have no idea why around 80% of the posters relate it to the world cup. I see no reference to it other than the word "World" in the image and the green background like a soccer field. What needs to be done here is looking underneath the underneath Here's what I think:

1. Individual tournaments on each world map you have to win and get a medal for it and first to collect them all is the winner.

2.In contrast to the military aspect of it with the word "conquer", every military battle map(maps with military units as the places to conquer) and/or world map, and/or regions of the world will be included in a grand tournament including qualifiers and sections.

3. A Tournament that will start in maps of individual maps, then the winners go on to regions on the world to win like Europe, Asia, Africa, Americas, etc. Then those who survived the mass elimination in the previous maps and win go onto a world map to compete in tournament style with the other winners on World 2.1 or another World Map to become the "star" of Conquer Club and the Champion.. Each of the games may or may not have a mod in them to record results and/or play. There may also be different level games according to points and the winner of the levels play on a world map to determine the "star" of Conquer Club.

Personally I believe in the third possibility and that the green in the background is just a symbol of the earth as you would think of the earth being natural and thus being "green".

I say it has to do with World Environment day, and it's basically a competition to clean up the world, one map at a time.
