Each team must be filled. Each division will play with their own teams in quadruples against another team in their conference. (North vs. South, East vs. West)

Initial troops: automatic
Order: Sequential
Spoils: escalating (feel free to try to persuade me otherwise)
No fog of war
Map: classic
Fortifications: unlimited
You do not have to be premium. It is round robin. top two teams will face for Super Bowl. Tyebreakers for winner of each conference will be whoever had most remaining players at the end of each game.

WK3: North vs. East, South vs. West
WK4 (Winner AFC) vs. (Winner NFC)

I'd save it if I wasn't in the middle of hosting a huge tourney myself. I like the idea though. I'll have to consider doing it another time if it doesn't get saved.
