Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults. Secret diplomacy can be hard to prove, but if you suspect it you should leave the players in question appropriate ratings. If you feel certain about players engaging in secret diplomacy consider reporting them in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum by posting a new topic.

Of course Highlander can claim it is "automatic" in certain situations to do certain things. In that he is WRONG, but again, it is a good old boy club and has nothing to do with following rules and regs.

I didn't need to post that Highlanderattack was cheating, but when he continually says things like "f*ck you asshole" he deserves what he gets, whether or not he gains maturity from it I sincerely doubt. No biggie, I didn't think I'd win, but was amused at all the chatter this created.

The sad thing is bad people like you can falsely accuse good people like me. The good thing is we have good mods that don't just take accusations and punish innocent players. I have no reason to cheat--what to gain points which I don't worry about. Think about it. Like I said you just will never get it-clueless.
