I also agree with GA in that Wer is probably not in the same group as Vodean seeing how Vodean tried to target him as a last minute lynch last night. I won't totally dismiss Wer at this point though as he could be in a second group that is different from Vodean, but I don't think Vodean is experienced enough to try to throw Wer under the bus like that seeing how many scum tells he gave in trying to push for my role even with only 2 votes on me.

If he isn't the ringleader than it is most likely a new player that drafted first as there are a lot of more experienced players to have chosen from.

I think most likely the ring leader. I have a couple different ideas about who else is cult depending on if he turns out to be ring leader or first recruit.
