I looked at the page that said that and it translates to "it is sweet and fitting" so at least I was close.
P.S. I should have remembered dulce now I feel like an idiot.

I was kinda hoping that folks might do a little research to figure out just what was sweet and proper -- and that they might even find the poem with that title in the process.

After playing the map a couple of times, I've come to the opinion that it might be better if the Science building's bonus was lowered to 3.
The Science building has less rooms than the Liberal Arts building while having the same amount of entrances. More so however is the fact that all three entrances of Science have direct connections so defending troops from another entrance can be used to retake a lost room the very next turn (unlike the liberal arts building which has some separation on the third entrance and thus relying more on deployed troops or delays to fortify some over).

That's an interesting point. I'll keep it in mind if I later do a revision.

That yellow "province" at the top is hard on the eyes with blue and green armies in there. The blue and green blend together and it it tough to recognize which is which. Maybe it is just me tho....
