You don't need to confirm now.... You need to confrim once you get the PMs with the passwords for the games. (Which could take a few days)

Question: Can team leaders change their lineup and play the bench player if I or someone on my team doesn't like a home field we are playing on?

I guess so, theres no rule i made against it... You have to send the bench player the password and game number yourself though.
