I don't need nor have time to watch your documentary to know that Communism and Nazism were both brutal ideologies, that they both killed allot of people does not make them the same. There is a very big difference between Communism and Nazism, besides the Nazism targeted far more than jews (communists, gays, political disidents, "asocials", romma ect).

Communism views race as irrelevent, and sees class as the only thing of consequence. It explains race as a means through which exploiter clases keep the masses devided preventing them from seing their true enemies whom are the elites which exploit them. In a communist world race doesen't matter at all, all humans are the same and they should unite against their oppressors. So to the Communist there is no diffrence between a jewish worker and an arab worker ect. Evrything the Communists did was ostentiably for the benefit of the working masses.

Nazism sees race as all important. They explain history in terms of strugle between races with the strongest races rising to the top (top being the aryans). Jews were supposedly the weakest race who could only survive by exploiting stronger races like the Aryans. Evrything the Nazis did was in order to acheive a racialy pure nation so that the benefits of that nation could go solely to the native group the Aryans. They also eventualy hoped to subjugate other peoples in the service of the suposedly superior aryan race.

There is a rather large difference in their goals and objectives which are very significant.

This is just the basic difference in the most identifiable ideology, it does not even go into detail about political structures, governance, the role of citizens, domestic policy or anything else.
