This is pretty awesome!! HA i give you full credit for being the most insane person on CC....yet at the same time i can not help but respect you. I try not to play more then 30 games at a time. 1250 games blows my mind!
Re: Most Active Games ever at one time-1250
Would be interesting to see his record over those 1250 games, I know he's about to kick my @$$ in my game.

Yeah I'm watching his rank.
My rank is jumping up and down so fast, but no way I can keep it at major.
When I hit a stretch of games I win it jumps and when I don't play for an hour or so it drops.

I think you owe lack some money.
You are the equivalent of over 300 freemium players right now.
It is however case in point about the value of CC over any other similar gaming site on the web.
Seriously though, if you have an extra $25 ...you should probably buy someone in need a premium.

JR-slow down-u almost killed me with all those moves in a row.
This is exactly why I don't want to ever go higher than 250. I managed to play through enough turns yesterday to bump the time far enough that I could go to a St. Patrick's Day party, and still have enough time to sober up this morning to get online and play. I had 180 turns ready to be taken when I got up this morning, and now I have to spend hours trying to catch so that I can spend the evening with my girlfriend.
I am still taking my time with my turns and trying to enjoy them, but it's tough. At least I have variety in maps - I can't imagine doing this with so many on St. Patrick's Day, Doodle Earth, and Arm's Race like HA.

Game 6618859 Lensois
Here is the worst part of playing these games. I had a private join 50 of the games. He is slow playing his wins so he can get as many points as possible I believe. I made a note in this game as I suspected it.
He has a 29 against my one and I guess he is waiting to finish this game. I sent a nasty message to him. This is one of the bad experiences of this whole thing.

All I can say is more power to him as I am exhausted and done. 1250 will not be broken by me. If he breaks it, good for him, but if he only has a week off he will be missing a lot of turns.

For those keeping track:
Game count is at 1088, with 890 waiting on HA to take his turn. As of last night he hasn't missed a turn yet.

Re: Most Active Games ever at one time-1250
So this is what I had to do last night. I was so mentally exhausted I caught up my games to the 2 hour 20 minute mark-set my alarm and took a two hour nap--then I did it again. So I got 4 hours of sleep last night. For three days in a row now I have only been able to get four hours of sleep--but I have not missed a turn

Re: Most Active Games ever at one time-1250
I have a confession to make. One of the joys of my week as I send out fresh games in various tournaments is seeing HA's name and thinking to myself "I wonder if this is the one that will make his mind explode"
Personally my feeling is that the 1250 isn't so hard that first day, it gets harder though, even as the games drop, as you have to live the rest of your life and it all catches up with you. Keeping up for the week to week and a half for these to finish up would be the hardest part.

I should be down near 950 or even 900 by the end of the day--I just went through a bunch of wins and my rank is back to Major--2075--I am sure it will drop when I take a break from this

1250 GAMES !?
Holy crap, if you take your turns in 1 minute, you'll still need more then 20 hours to take them all..
How's that even possible !?

20 hours in 1.5 days (this this is around the average, multiple player games take longer but he doesn't have many, and some people are quicker taking their turns, so think it evens out something like that with 1250 games. But dont know how long it was up at 1250? couple of days? he's now around 15 hour per 1.5 days.)
still this is pretty sick indeed. HA, who are you? are you married? & how the hell do you explain this to your wife/work/social life?

HA it is time that you "fessed" up and admitted that this was instigated by the US Army in an effort to create and develop a new "non-torture" means of getting the enemy to talk as long as they do..not...have...to....take....one....more....turn....arrrrgh!!!!

Well AoN is going to beat my record of 1250--I still think he will miss turns--but we shall see--Now I have to decide if I want my record back when he beats it.
I really am hating this.

HA is not married, no girlfriend, no work(sort of), and because of this stunt...no social life. If there are any ladies in the Daytona Beach, FL area out there looking for a Conquer Club addict, please message HA as I'm sure he would like the company. Any takers??

Re: Most Active Games ever at one time-1250
I have noticed a dramatic drop in HA's quality of play. Whether I attribute it to the fact that he is playing hundreds of turns on the same maps at the same time, playing on less that 4 hours of sleep every night, or that he is rushing through turns in a minute or less, I am not sure.
I will admit that I am, for the most part, trying to help the guy out a bit. I still have my life to live and it's taken a hit playing a mere (lol) 250 games at once, but whenever I can I let HA's games sit in my "ready to play" list for as long as possible while playing the other ones instead. I know if JR and I teamed up we could totally f*ck HA over, but that's just mean.
I've noticed HA making poor plays, not necessarily mistakes, but simply things that one wouldn't do if one was playing less than say, 20 games at a time. He'll often set himself up to take a bonus on one turn and forget to take it the next turn, working somewhere else instead, or miss breaking my bonus, or not take one extra territory to knock me down below 15/12 terrs, or miss an important reinforcement that he needs in the next turn. These are all things that HA normally does, but misses out on them due to the number of games he's playing, and it's certainly going to end up costing him in a number of the games I'm playing him in.
@HA - the turnover rate of 1v1s is what's killing you. I'll admit a week is probably too short a timespan for 8 player games, but you could do it like this:
300 8-player escalating games (where the first 3 turns in each game can be played in less than 20 seconds)
200 7-player escalating games (same as 8s but should end sooner and turnover quicker)
100 6-players (same as above but will end quicker)
100 5-players (same as above)
100 4-players
100 3-players
XXX 2-players (as many as required to beat current record)
This will stack your active games (you'd have to create them top down, so create and fill all the 8s first) will a pile of games where you spend very little time on the first 3 turns, then will minimize the overall length of the whole process as your games will end gradually with the different number of players (generally speaking, your 2s will end in 3/4 days with the short turnover, whereas your 8s will take 2 weeks with long turnovers).
