Comments: pa2R and Moogie repeatedly left mutual borders unprotected. Even when these borders protected their bonuses. Also, neither made any attempt to disrupt each others bonus. Moogie continued to attack me despite pa2R having the more dominant position. Also, Moogie has played in 5 games total. 3 of those games have been with pa2R.

Many times in three player games it looks like someone is teaming. I didn't see any of ganging up on you. It looks like many of the attacks against you and by you were pay back for the preceding round. As far as leaving one borders regretfully the log doesn't show that information. So pa2R and Moogie areCLEARED of secret diplomacy but pa2R has been BUSTED with severed as being Multi's.
