It all looks pretty terrific at the moment. I can't see any immediate concerns. Perhaps after a banana I'll give it some more thought. --Andy

The legend has the mountains and river to the right of the map, but there isn;t a label to indicate they're impassable. I think that's pretty much all that needs to be done; well, that and the XML :p

Missed the XML link earlier. Has it been checked?

All I did was use the current and repositioned the 88's

I am sure I can since there will most certainly be suggestions to move names anyway.

There appears to be an issue with the XML (although it could be my laptop doing funny things while trying to parse the extended characters) Once that's sorted, I'd like to get this up and running pretty quickly.

Well there is a space in the XML name and it was cutting off the end of the file.
I added it into the CODE box so just copy that and see if it works.

The only suggestion I can give to you is to refine these borders:
except for that small thing, it is a masterpiece!

Now that I look at it, there's some pixelation in the outline of that river. Nothing major, but it probably wouldn't be hard to fix either.

Don't listen to him. Army circles would ruin the map.

These images are version 10 but they are the same as version 11 above as far as 88 placement.

I'm still having problems running the XML through the mapmaker tool... I don;t know if it's the laptop of the XML (file, url or host)... the url has a double-slash ("//") in it - is that right?

try this. There was a space between teh words and for soem reason that messed up teh new map tool. I added a "_" and now it works
Code: Select all
