Round 2 hasn't begun yet, the Round 2 stats are just showing how the groups have been organised before any games have been played, so you know how many points ahead or behind you are! Round 2 will begin this week

Players will have 72 hours to join their games before they are replaced.
Foe lists will be ignored throughout the tournament; otherwise it will be too complicated.
Groups will be assigned using random.org, but players who win groups will be kept apart as much as possible. For example, in Round 2, the 24 group winners from Round 1 will be spread across the 22 groups as evenly as possible, but within these restrictions all assignments are random.
All points are cumulative; the player with the most points after their 106 games will be crowned the winner!

Re: Grand World Marathon 2010 [Round 1]
Ubersky had at least 97% attendance when signing up for the tournament. I'm sure that players who frequently miss turns will probably end up knocking themselves out of the tournament

Re: Grand World Marathon 2010 [Round 2]
The Group Tables have been updated - 98 games complete, 34 ongoing.
At the moment, a score of 34 is enough to guarantee a place in Round 3 - this number will drop as more groups finish!
