this chat is very crude but does not step over the line in the form of gross abuse in terms of harassment, bigoted or trolling. While I don't condone this sort of chat ron, it technically isn't punishable as of yet. If continued abuse comes from ron in forms like this then action will be taken. This will be Noted, but until that time comes, and here's crossing my fingers that this Note will serve as a lesson to straighten up,
