okay, 30 people is a lot for a mafia game, so oddds are we'll have a few deadbeats.

Im guessing that with 30 people, there might be 2 mafia familes possibly. 2 or 3 of each, doctors and cops. We should be wary of an insane/paranoid cop. maybe a dew vigilantes and a couple serial killers.
Comments?

EXCELLENT observation.... I believe that he is intelligent enough to now how to work the characters, even without having played before...

well, you at least get told what the objectives of your role are when you get the role.

He seems to be rallying for votes, which is what a noobie jester would try to do, so it's probably best just to not listen to him :P

Is there enough evidence to accuse him of being the jester? Or did I miss something earlier on? I hate reading...

evidence against seems to be that he was very eager off the bat to try and just create as much mass confusion as possible, going so far as trying to get himself lynched.

though one could argue that he might just be a noobie running amok, anarkist and minsk seem to be of the opinion that it is all by design.

Mabye he is a noob[jester]. Or a very stupid noob. But he may also think he is being smart by acting like a newb. Like Anarkist and Minsk seem to think. Any of those are possible. Conclusion: Stay away from him. And throw pie!!!!!!!!!

if people feel are feeling fairly confident that cattle is a jester, why not start to move toward getting votes toward him? As a mafia charcter it seems like a reasonable place to start, and we wouldnt have to deal with players who might not be as in line with the whole thread being led astray by a jester.

The jester role isn't part of the mafia.

The jester's job is to get everyone in town to lynch him. If we lynch him, then he wins the game

so in other words, do not vote to lynch cattle until we can figure out if he is or isnt jester

under that same line of thinking, both jesse and hecter have made votes without ever really qualifiying why, though neither voted for the same person.

Wow. Tons of spam...

I can't believe I read through all that.

I believe that Grazing Cattle is a jester as well by the way he's acting.

I'm waiting for him to come back and actually contribute something rather then just be no help and give a random vote. Every game I've been in with him, he never says anything except the person he's voting for, and it really sucks to have dead weight in a game like that

Agreed...

Dead weight will be cut first...

My suggestion is that, if we do not have some more interaction here by early afternoon, we just start lynching the ones who haven't posted... If they never post, then they aren't being any help, even if they are a townie.

that sounds like a pretty good plan to me. It's good for us to lynch someone, and the deadweight is better then just randomly selecting someone to lynch.
