do not play against ntbd04 (I'll explain)
there is no way he is that bad
what he is trying to do (I think) is undermine th system. By dropping down to below 10 pts, and then winning one game against someone with 100 pts, he will get around 10,000 pts for not reallying be that good,
this is why he is deadbeating sooooo many games

Looks like he's making the cleverest move on CC.
I agree. The scoring system have some strange effects, so why not congratulate him for being clever. I for sure didn't think that far.

It seems to me that it's a good idea to play stdb and a better idea to lose to him. If I were to lose to him and end up with negative points, then wouldn;t I lose negative points on my next loss (i.e., gain points for losing). Then, once on the plus side, I would only need to win one game to join stdb at the top of the scoreboard.
I have no intention of losing to stdb on purpose but I don't think I'll file a grievance against him either nor will I drop a game if he joins. Filing grievances against this player because he deadbeats is fine but filing one to avoid losing a lot of points to him is just cowardly

didn't know i rubbed so many people the wrong way
first let me apologize for deadbeating those games. let me explain that when first coming to this site i was excited. i joined maybe 150 games just cause i could, and that i was for what i know now is called a real time game. some games came close others didn't. but anyway i basiclly burned out and left the site 4 about 2 weeks. i don't really care about ranking or points. i just like playing. i had no clue about the scoring system until i started getting pm's from people rooting me on. i told them the same as i say now. it was not no grand scheme. i simply left. i just play cause i like the game. but i do apologize.

i thought in the instructions it says the score you win/lose is the losers score/winners score *20 with a max of 100 points
EDIT: (from the instructions) "Conquer Club players are initially given a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points."

I think it'd be cool to just have 1 point so you could officially be the worst risk player ever.
