i really like scrubs....even though i basically always watch the reruns that air on the comedy central circuit rather than catching the current stuff on NBC

lol yeah that one was on just recently

one of the cool things about that show is that even some of the minor charcters like Janitor still get a fair amount of play into the storyline.

3 things: (the first 2 are comedy)

The Office extremely sarcastic and rewarding to those who listen, much less slapstick and obvious then scrubs

Southpark you may think this is a mindless show, but it has media references you would have never thought of...My english teacher watches it! And he's old!

and the third, a horror anime

Paranoia Agent thanks to Incandeza for showing me this mindbender. You see the commercial and if you think about it, it seems really scary and violent. Then you watch the first few episodes and realize that there is more sex than violence, but the writer is just setting you up to freak you out in the later episodes

my best friend lives and dies by the office....

although i havent seen much of it, it has seemingly had many good moments.

I think family guy packs more references into a show than southpark, though ive never watched either that seriously...

and static what did you think of steve carril (sp on carril) in little miss sunshine if you saw? he seems like he has a pretty wide range as far as comedy goes.

Steve Caroll is one of the greatest comedic actors ever born. In The Office he captures the all of the stupidity that we all have and brings it into one character.

in Little Miss Sunshine (which I saw) he's just hilarious to laugh at (he is a "laughing at" actor) and I never thought he could be so sarcastic or depressed and keep a straight face.

oh yeah and about family guy and southpark...

I have seen both but I like southpark because the writers make their opinion so radical and obvious, and exploit whatever they're exploiting to the fullest extent. I laugh even if I don't agree with their views.

The Office is a great show.

Anyone into Lost? I am totally addicted. I borrowed the first two seasons on DVD from my sister and my wife and I watched them straight through in like a week and we are totally addicted to the show now. It is a show you need to see from the beginning though to really understand.

My woman and I are totally into Lost... We can't get enough... We got the first two seasons off of Netflix right before Season 3 came out.... Haven't missed an episode yet!
