its amazing, ive played other online sites and its always the same shit. ive never even played with this masli guy, how or why even, would he accuse me of anything? i join a site because i like it and i look to see how others who have played it , and see how they won it, before i join any game. so because i dont have a life right now, and i decide to play something i enjoy alot become wrong? since when is it wrong to play alot of games? is there a limit i can play a month? i was not aware of it. or is there a limit on how many i can win? this is crazy. because i deployed right on a city mogel game, this makes me suspicious? i did not even win the games he mentioned. i did not take out anybody elses target. i did no wrong....i mean you dont have to be a rocket scientist to play these games, well maybe for some you do....anyway, if i did wrong tell me. because i do not see a crime in playing alot of games and losing alot more than i win. i think some of these guys need a life or something.
i feel like my mom is bitching to me all over again....too many games, too much tv....blah blah blah

he does withold quite a good defence in fairness. i think we are always a tad over eager to crack the whip on anyone new that plays well.

It is possible for a new player with lots of experience in other games to play well, and play extremely well after first 10 or 100 games, especially if they read up on the forums first to get all the publicly known methods/advantages.

Some of us in past played other risk clones, or risk itself. (I personally played conquest, with my relatives years ago)

I personally am playing relatively dumb/making mistakes and still likely will win 2/3 of my first games, including help of luck.

IMO you need more evidence than "good super active new player", perhaps the admins can find something based on their other methods.

This is exactly what we went through with my son, who's played a lot of Lux Delux plus a bunch of flash games like Dice Wars, Hex Empire, etc.

New to CC doesn't mean new to this kind of game, and those with a lot of experience in similar games are going to be competitive with experienced CC players.

How can you as a Mod. kick someone out of games before he's found guilty??
I'm new to this site and my whole life love to play Risk....and if I understand things here right...if I play well now that I found this place then I'm a cheater??
There are alot of kids and crybabies in here that just like to bitch about everything, for example I played this guy in a 5 player game and sat back and read all his complaining cause he got his but kicked by someone else in the game only to see him type in that he was going to report this player as a cheater!! I then noticed the crybabys player rate was low so I checked the comments from other players, they all said the same thing sore loser!! I made the mistake of making a comment in the game chat where everything was going on to that affect only to get a message on my wall from the crybaby that he was now reporting me as a cheater also and to enjoy being banned!
This is the same crap that's going on here with this person I think, I've played many games against this person and yes they are very good! I now have just started playing team games with him and you the Mod. kicks him out of all his games??
You've just ruined alot of very good games that were in progress for alot of people!

If you suspected something you should have stoped him from starting or joining any new games till the envestigation was over but let him finish the ones that were in progress so you don't screw the rest of us out there playing.

Fuinc1 has been busted with deathtoallsinner.

As what was stated in the Announcement Forum some time ago, inactivated multies will be immediately auto-kicked from their games and will also be auto-dropped from any waiting games. Same goes for members who are given website bans for whatever reason and for whatever length of time. Just like when players are auto-kicked for missing too many turns, in these cases teammates will inherit troops and spoils, assassin targets will be reassigned, and the final winner will get the points in terminator games.

that means anyone who can play the game with any intelligence is a cheater.
In any game/sport there will always be somebody new to the game that's just plain good, whether they have a coach/ father or not & to smack him for playing well is just plain stupid.
I've played in a few games with Fuinc1 & his play is very sound & consistent.
If I follow your train of thought any new player with a winning percentage over 30 is a cheater.
Maybe it's time to stop whining & allow the good players to play, I thought that's what this game is supposed to be about.

( & I just lost over 120 points to some noobs & you won't find any post here from me complaining or accusing anyone about cheating)

I have played alot of team games with fuinc1 lately, and I saw nothing suspicious in the least. Seemed like the same guy every turn, he took guidance from higher ranked players, participated in teamchat, and played a solid, but not astonishing game.

I think it is appalling that CC takes people's money and then cancels their account without so much as an explanation, much less giving them an opportunity to defend themselves. Where is the evidence? Eg what other accounts has fuinc1 been using?

I dont post much here, or spend any real time in the forums. But what is obvious is that there are many members unhappy with the draconian approach taken by the site to suspected breaches of the rules. People talk about the site "dying". Can't say I'm all that surprised really.
