I played with somebody like that earlier.

The one guy attacked me until I had one or two armies left and then my assassinator got the easy win.

And I tell him that and he calls me an idiot. If anything, he was the idiot. :roll:

Aye - big points losses there but I'm an experienced player, although not too highly ranked, and this assassin stuff confuses me too, although I'm sure I'll work it out when I enter a game.

Talking seriously, people dont read the instructions. Maybe assassin games shouldnt be an option until you have reached private status... Or maybe it should have a default message attached to the game chat... or something alike. Not many problems if you play a terminator game like its standard, but with assassin... ](*,)

Recently lost a freestyle assassin game because three players were dead set on getting their continents. I guess they weren't paying attention to the game log, or got "assassin" confused with "terminator".

I'm thinking I'll try to avoid freestyle assassin from now on. Too easy to have someone eliminated by people only paying attention to what they're doing, as opposed to what the other five players are doing.

But I would have eliminated him next turn anyway... he was down to 1 or 2 guys on one spot next to me

I also lost a game that someone eliminated someone else's target... so out of my 4 assassin games, half were won with unintentional help

I think I'll wait till it's been around a while before joining some more...
