Is it permitted to file a grievance against someone who refuses to communicate?
I mean, teammates who are on your team, and won't even respond when we ask them to me should not be playing at all if they can't communicate with us.
Refusing to fortify is one thing, ie. "I have a better idea" and I don't mind that as much as someone who won't respond at all and act like they can't read.

If the ignore system is reintroduced then for me that is definitely a fair grievance.
