How restrictive are the multiple account scans?
I have a room mate who may wish to play, but since we're connected from the same source, will we get banned?

Re: Multiple accounts
Ok, good. Just wanted to make sure before I told him about it. I wasn't sure if it was automated or what.
Glad to hear it won't be a problem, thanks!

Re: Multiple accounts
That was a good question. I had thought about that issue but never got round to asking. The reason being was that I was going to introduce a couple of family members to CC but they would be using the same PC and I was afraid that I would look like a multi !
On a similar subject ( I am sure this has been asked bfore so please forgive me!) but I was wondering whether there is any sanction against false accusations of being a multi or being part of some sort of secret alliance. Other players particularly and rather amusingly sometimes get a tad paranoid and make accusations in the game talk or by PM that other players are in cahoots or are one and the same and its a bit grating when it is clearly not true. Whilst I respect and applaud the brilliant efforts of the multi hunters and the policing of this site ( which is incredible by the way) perhaps there should be a sort of yellow card system or totting up of accusations made by certain members which would put their credibility into context. Funnily enough the same people tend to not be able to hold themselves back in game chat in terms of making unsubstantiated accusations!!
