Opinions please!
Is intentionally missing turns a legitimate game strategy or is it breaking an unwritten rule/game abuse.
I have a player doing that in a current game (I think).

it's breaking the rules. post in c&a and give us a game number please so we can rubberneck.
Re: Intentionally missing turns
Intentionally missing turns is not a cheat. It is classless and crap and a strategy and sometimes it's life.
The only time it is a cheat is if it is intentional deadbeating. (3 missed turns in a row) But it has to be intentional and that can be hard to prove.

Re: Intentionally missing turns
I wouldn't say it's breaking the rules, but many people don't know how to handle it. A missed turn is most pronounced in flat rate (can't think of why anybody will do that) but I've seen it the most often on esc. cards. Everyone else should be targeting this person. If they have any bonus, break it. This defeats their strategy because when they come back, they'll probably be too crippled to effectively push. Don't let people miss without consequences and your opponents won't try to use that strategy.

This was his second turn. He ended up deadbeating the game in the 85th round.
Now I realize he could of logged on then lost his Internet connection before taking his turn, but I caught him doing the same thing the week before. Unlikely to happen twice?
Never mind, I see now he missed turns in several games. Probably more personal issues then bad strategy or cheating.
