I think it is the transfer process as the color overlay is under the army circles and army numbers., so they should be clear. The map is fine on my computer.

Are you playing around Gilligan?

I say as long as the numbes are centered, it should be clearer once we reach BETA Stage!!

Come on BETA!!

It must have been the image file type I saved it as. I have a few tweaks in the small coordinates, then I'll send the XML to Forza AZ for testing.

As far as I'm concerned, the final images are posted a couple posts up!

Why are the test results "88"s all blurry. It looks like the images are shrunk a bit or something.
No reason a screen grab should do that. it is hard to tell if the numbers line up well in the circles.

Any reason as to why that could be WM?

XML also sent to Forza AZ for testing....

I can't think of any reason myself. I did look at the copies you posted to my latest versions, and for some reason the latest are clearer. Did you save them as jpeg or bmp by chance? That is the only reason I can figure as the reason why.

Guys, i had a similar issue with my Jamaica mpa recently.
What i had to do was give all the army shadows a 1 pixel border and give them less transparency so that in the test map you can see what doesn't line up.
After centering is correct, you have to convert all the army shadows back to the desired transarancy normal....and lose the border.

Also, get all your images together in one post:

Small
1 x 88s
1x 888s

Large
1 x 88s
1 x 888s

I zoomed in 7 times to see what was off and i think many can use some adjusting.

isaiah40 wrote:Reduced the text's outer glow a little bit more. jefjef, yes it is a little pale, but I had to make it this way to get it stamped. The background texture makes it that way

If you adjust the blending options of that layer to "Darken", then you'll still get the texture, but it shouldn't mute the colours ;-)

If it means anything, the large images are fine on the XML checking page.

Photobucket is resizing your images to exactly 800px in width, causing the height to shrink to keep the dimensions proper and losing all resolution. Under the big blue UPLOAD button, there is something that says "More Options." Click that and make sure the resizing is set to a 17" screen (the largest…you're not going to have a problem with that while using CC maps.

gilligan, i copied you more recent 88test into fireworks and created a 22px circle borders to see what is not centered...
some circles look as though they are only 21 pixels wide and some only 21 pixels high...are you sure they are all 22px w x h...because i think that's what could be making them look un-centered.

Which purple ones?

Purple and Small - (forgot that important bit) - most of the ones on the left...

i.e. Washington, Alberta, Sask..., Albany Sudbury - compare to Thunder bay (Which might be 1 left too?)
