It's too late for that. Here's a small taste - these guys are obviously working together in standard games. They were called out for it in the game chat in this game.

They've only played 5 non-team multiplayer games together so far, but one of them has won 4 out of 5. That's a pretty good record.
Maybe you should consider warning them before they force themselves to be blocked from playing with each other.

I am looking in on their games. I had looked at some games last and saw the times for taking turns but I didn't have enough time to dig deeper.

2261981 and Steff771 have been BLOCKED from playing each other.
After looking at the games that are not team games or games with the two friends it has been noticed the time between turns and favoritism in attacking the other players. In one game there were 5 turns in a row that the time between players was less than 1 minute.
