I never played a game with this kid or had any interaction with him whatsoever but he has game stalked me, called me gay, and generally hurt my feelings to the point of making me shed a few tears. Since I've never played with him I suspect he is either a multi or a friend of one of my many enemies.

Even though it's only a few lines in only 2 games, I don't think a warning would be enough. This is pointless and unneccesary, and whatever he's mad at, he took it out on the wrong person.
