Comments:
While I don't have any proof that these players are mutlis, they do come from the same country and tiurka's first 27 games were all played against jaunelis20. In our game (Feudal War), both players expanded and developed early without attacking each other before converging on me and destroying me. They did not discuss any strategies amongst themselves in the game chat, and since they have played so many games together in the past I cannot reasonably conclude that their strategies were fully disclosed.

Correction: They haven't yet eliminated me from our game. They are now attacking only neutral terits (not attacking themselves or me) - this one I must admit I cannot understand.

juanelis20 and tiurkas are CLEARED of being multi's.

At this time I don't feel that there is enough proof to be 100% positive that there was secret diplomacy. Pretty darn close though, but I would prefer to error on the side of caution. So this report will be noted.
