As the American Civil War has now passed 50,000 games played, I'm commemorating the occasion with Yanks vs. Rebs - Autumn 2009
Previous winners include: V.I. and jiminski (The Atlantic Alliance) and nephilim and khazalid (Yellowhammers). Will your team win 5 straight and join their ranks?

Open to all members. -Battles must be joined within 24 hours. Freemium players are encouraged to keep an open game.
Doubles; Sequential; Flat-rate; Automatic Deployment; Sunny; Unlimited Fortifications; Single elimination.
The tournament will consist of 32 teams.
Please have a Team Name and Team Contact (denote with a "*") before joining. -Also, state if you want to be placed in the North or South bracket. (If one side fills up faster, you may be placed in the other by default)
Reserves will be called on the as-needed basis.
Entries must be in the following format:
Elijah S, Suzy1* (team members, with Suzy1 as designated Team Contact)
Rebel Yell! (team name)
South (preferrered placement)
When the brackets are full, each Team Contact will receive a PM with the game number and password.
The Team Contact is responsible for relaying information to his/her partner.
-As a courtesy to all others, please be sure your availability permits you and your partner to take your regular turns. Deadbeating ruins it for everyone!
-Civil War Era team names required!(Try to keep Team Names to under 22 digits.)
-Game #'s and passwords will not be PM'd until both brackets are full.
-Any changes in team-lineup will need to be posted in this thread.
There will be 2 brackets of 16 teams; One for the Union and one for the Confederacy.
