You know what, I gotta go with Predator. Shawshank is an excellent film, but Predator was amazingly shocking for me. It was the first movie that really translated the idea of extraterrestrials to me. I watched it when I was around 8 or 9 and it blew my mind.

Shawshank is an absolutely phenominal film, but Predator got to me first.

Shawshank is a great film, but ti just doesn't have the replay value that the Alien films have for me.

aliens

Post by stevesparty »

The first to aliens movies were ok, the first being better than the second. The series just tanks after that though. Predator 1 was great but the second sucked. Terminator 1 was pretty good, but the best was Shawshank. Plus its set in Maine how much better can you get?

Well Alien 3 was supposed to be set on a futuristic, Blade Runner-esque Earth where the Aliens were invading and generally causing havok. But due to writers pulling out at the last minute, various internal problems, and budget concerns we got the craptacular Ridley-death of Alien 3.

Oh I'm sorry, did I just spoil the lame ending?

shawshank i have watched over and over, i mean a lot of those movies are good, remember the titans i really like, but out of that listing i would choose shawshank... my real favorite film though has to be Queen of the Damned, but then again im a big vampire fan lol but shawshank is a second of course...
I am slowly going insane, thanks to Jay, Brandon (the douch tool) and sammy gags for his pic of bubba....

Braveheart.

Aliens was my favorite move of all time until Braveheart came out though.

Predator was fuggin awesome too though.

Predator vs Aliens sux major ass though. I waited years for that movie after seeing th ealien skulls inside the Predators ship in part 2. Then read the comics. Then almost bought the Atari Jaguar just for Alien vs Predator. Then they ruined it with this POS waste of my time.

I'm more of a Predator fan myself though but I can definetly agree Braveheart was genius.
