As I'm playing the Patriots, can anyone tell me what chance the Pats have this season? In the UK we get hardly any coverage in the newspapers. Apparently Bruschi's retired and I see Brady is playing preseason......

You can never tell much from preseason, but yes Bruschi has retired and Brady is playing well in the preseason. Haven't seen much with the addition of Fred Taylor, but the Pats always seem to be able to squeeze a couple extra years out of guys

Hi everyone...hope you're having fun in the preseason week...

This is just to announce a change in the scoring format (see post in initial rules thread). I've eliminated bonuses from the equation for the quarter-by-quarter maps. The special teams map will continue to award field goals based on those other categories, along with how quickly you win.

As T.O., instead of checking game logs for 90 maps a week, I will only need to check it for the 16 special teams maps in a given week. A much-needed lighter load (especially once college hoops starts up), and a change that shouldn't affect scoring much anyway.

Seven games ongoing at the moment...try to wrap up over the weekend if possible (I'm one of them, too...lol) Week One of the regular season will go out Sunday night...

Results updated through Thursday night...what an NFL opener for real...Pittsburgh over Tennessee in OT!!!

A couple close ones shaping up in our own week one with New England holding a slim 21-16 lead over Buffalo in a game that is going down to the 3rd quarter map.

If you still have open games by this point, you should find a way to join up over the next day or two...Week 2 matchups will go out again on Sunday night.

We have our first overtime game, as my Broncos scored a late touchdown against Cleveland (10 rounds....needed it by 11)...overtime period is to close to call in the early stages as both teams battle for field position.

Wow...some good games in Week 2....lots of close battles that went down to the final map. Seven games still active in the week 2 set and one game from Week one is still going on...updated standings and scoreboard through Saturday night.
