XenHu.... I will send out a reminder notice later tonight... there are still a few games that haven't started. Some players have contacted me to notify me that they are just waiting for a spot to clear(non-premium members)... so it could still take a few days to get everything going. That being said I have begun a list of replacement players, so if your game isn't full by a yet to be determined date I'll come up with a solution...
Keep me informed, and I'll do my best to do the same.

So far the following players haven't joined their games... so if you are familiar with them, or know they are just waiting for a free spot please let me know as soon as possible....
206822 - smith
Jick
kresus (games are full)
Earlandir(games are full)
guaranteddtofail(games are full)
206828 - Mohamadelyafi
206834 - hockeycapn
I have moved the players that i could to other games so we can get more games moving. I have tried to keep players in the same conference, but I may be forced to alter this strategy slightly to accomodate players that are waiting.

Good job, rocket316.
I have set the 2nd round match ups, and will be sending out the games in the next few days. I have tried my best to arrange for each person to play their next games against different players. If you end up playing a repeat person let me know and I will do my best to make the change.
Thanks
DB
Oh... We have 1 game finished and about 7 that are fairly close, and a few that are straggling a bit....

Tie breaker to move on?
Has anybody thought about what is gonna be the deciding factor? Like for example, is 1 win with a loss going to outweight a couple of second place finishes and a third?
Any consideration into a head-hunter tie breaker? Meaning the more kills you have gotten in the tourney.
Or are you maybe considering a one game battle to determine who's in or out. These are only suggestions, and only relevent if a tie occurs in the designated bracket, with the amount of players we have i am sure it is bound to happen.

I'll come up with a solution if and when there is a tie. The top 20 players from each conference will advance to the playoffs. So the playoffs will consist of 4, 5 player games/conference all of which will be played on the Canada map. .
The top 2 players from each game will then advance to the conference semi's, 2 games w/4players each. The conference finals will be played as a 4 player match, with the top 2 advancing to the finals. So the finals will be played as a 4 player game also. All playoff games are going to be played on the Canada map, sequential turns, escalating cards, and unlimited fort moves. I'll keep sending out game numbers over the next few hours. If you don't have a premium account please avoid starting any new games until you have at least one space reserved for a tourney game. With everyone's continued co-operation we'll have this wrapped up in no time, and we will crown the Champion..... or we could just do away with formality of it all and just announce that I am the best Canadian player... but whatever
