Because in the case of a 2 or more way tie, the player who declared the Termination eliminates the person who was in that group in that game.

You did not have the least kills, just bad luck. The winner declared Blue Man Group and 3 Blue Men had 0 kills. So you got it.

Make sense?

Wow it does actually say that in the rules. My bad. Well then it appears I have been eliminated fair and square!

That said, that rule reallllly doesn't make much sense to me. Oh well
