Season Information:
* At least 16 games = 16 regular season + Playoffs (if you qualify)
* 1 game per ~week (unless your team has a bye week)
To Sign Up:
* Please post a reply in this thread with you "Home Map" and match settings (the map that will be used during your team's home matches, and can not be changed once the regular season begins, maps are NOT limited to 1 player, multiple players can have the same home map)
* OPTIONAL: Also please post your favorite NFL Teams
* If you do not wish to pick a team, then you will be randomly assigned a team that was not chosen as a favorite.
* After all slots are filled, each player without a team will be assigned a NFL Team. The player will follow the schedule of their assigned NFL team.
Regular Season Match Details:
* All regular season/playoff matches will be played on the map/settings of the home team.
Misc. Rules:
* Deadbeating in a game or not entering the game on time will result in a forfeit for that weeks game.
* If a player is a no show by the deadline, automatic forfeit. Then I will send them a PM and if they do not reply within 24 hours, the player will be removed from the league and the spot will be given to a reserve to begin the following week.
* If a reserve is called upon, they have the option to pick their own home map/settings.
* Playoff/Wildcard spots will be acquired by the Win-Loss-Tied record, following standard NFL procedures. (Conferences, Divisions, etc...)
* The 4 division champions from each conference (the team in each division with the best overall record), are seeded 1 through 4 based on their overall won-lost-tied record.
* Two wild card qualifiers from each conference (those non-division champions with the conference's best winning percentages), are seeded 5 and 6.
Playoffs and Superbowl Information:
Playoff Updates:
* 6 teams from each conference will qualify for the playoffs (4 division winners and 2 wild cards).
* The top 2 teams from each conference that do not win the division will qualify as a wild card.
* Division Winners will be seeded 1-4 based on overall Win-Loss record
* Wild Card Qualifiers will be seeded 5 and 6
* Seeds 1 and 2 in each conference will receive a BYE to the 2nd round
* The Highest seed will always play the lowest seed (Seed 1 will play Seed 6, and Seed 2 will play Seed 5, etc...)
* Wild Card Round and Divisional Round will be Best of 3 Games (2 games on Higher seeds Map/Settings, 1 on lower seeds Map/Settings)
* Conference Championships Round will be Best of 5 games (3 games on Higher seeds Map/Settings, 2 on lower seeds Map/Settings)
* Tie-Breaking System:
--- If two or more teams have the same Win-Loss record then the following steps will be used to determine seeds.
-- Head to Head Win Loss-record
-- Divisional Win-Loss record
-- Conference Win-Loss record
-- Strength of Victory (the combined won-lost-tied percentage of all the teams that a club has defeated)
-- Strength of Schedule (the combined won-lost-tied percentage of all the teams that a club has played against).
-- If after all of these and still there is a tie, then a tie-breaker match will be played on a random map.
-- The same format will be used if there is a tie in the wild-card race

Count me in - Peloponnesian War for the home map.

I suggest you allow a little more than 2 weeks before declaring a tie? 2 slow players would only be at round 7.

Triple Alliance please. Why can't we pick our teams? Just wondering... Personally I think it adds to the fun if your playing as your favorite NFL squad...

the LA Raiders are no longer a NFL Team, the raiders moved to Oakland a few years ago, so if you want you can take the Oakland Raiders
