btw, vtmarik, I liked your old siggy better.
It's a placeholder until I can find an even better one.
The farther you get into Transmet, the more excellent quotes you will unearth.
And you should definitely check out Lazarus Churchyard, which is sort of the ideological prequel to Transmet.
Anyway... sackett58, challenge us with a quote. Or I shall be forced to bust out obscure Aliens dialogue...

Lazarus Churchyard eh? I'll add that to my Amazon list so I won't forget it.
Yes, if he breaks out the Aliens, I bust out the obscurest of obscure quotes.

Oh that's easy, "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade"
EDIT: Alright, an obscure quote from an obscure movie...
"The blood of these whores is killing me."

Princess Mononoke.
Let me repost, just in case through the new page you missed it:

<expletive deleted>. I have no idea.
I bow to your skill. For the record, I've never met someone that could ID that line. This is sort of like the time that I was throwing out WWII trivia to some old person and I deployed the can't-miss "what was the name of Hitler's dog?" chestnut and the damn old person knew the correct answer. I was floored.
Crap. I hate getting whipped so thoroughly....

Really? That's one of my favorite movies.
And the line I posted is from "Andy Warhol's Dracula" known as "Blood of Dracula" in the UK. Udo Kier as Dracula, the best Dracula since Lugosi and Lee.

Can't say I've ever seen any of the various andy warhol movies...
I'm a big mononoke fan as well. I brag about the fact that I managed to see it during its blink-and-you'll-miss-it US theaterical release.
Okay, another attempt at relative obscurity:
"I hate being called the brilliant one. The ruthless one." (warning: may be a slight paraphrase, but the key words are there)

Nice to know I could stump you at least one... mine's from 'thirteen days', the scene where costner is driving RFK to the meeting with the russian ambassador towards the end.... that movie kicks a metric ton of ass....
and I'm with you on sackett's quote. rings a faint bell, but not loudly enough for a title to come to mind.
