All the players are in now. Reserves (ideally 4) are still needed, eligibility requirements being the same as noted in the main posting.

I'll apply for tournament priveledges now, but will give it a day or so from this posting before starting the tournament, in order to give entrants the chance to nominate maps if they haven't yet done so (or want to use their remaining nominations if they didn't use all four).

As some of you might have noticed, the tournament name has been changed from Cook & Cadets Tournament I to Rookies Tournament I. There have already been tournaments with similar names, so this was changed in order to avoid confusion.

OK. I'll be a bit lenient regarding the attendance percentage for reserves (though rank still applies, the tournament is exclusively for cooks and cadets).
