I'm in a game ([Game] 5146774[/Game]) where a player has told us he is going to miss several turns, maybe even deadbeat. (Not intentionally, as sometimes the real world intervenes, but the in-game result is the same.)
On of his territories has 10 armies on it. I know if he missing three turns, his territories become neutral, but how many armies remain? Will there be 10 neutral armies, or only 3 (which is how I normally see neutral countries).
