tbh fred may have a hot head but i really don;t think he should of gone. He is a nice person and a assett to the community. I don't think continous mild flamer warrents a permaban, perhaps even not the forum ban etc. I think this case should at least be reviewed with comparison to other cases, as this seems an over reaction...

I hate to interject, but, this isn't a vacation for simply swearing. Of course, that's been proven allowable in past cases.

This is a case of irreparable damage to the community and the exhaustion of multiple warnings.

Fail to answer the question asked many times once again. What rules has this player broken and been warned for? A simple question. Can we get a straight answer?

His Flames were indeed mild, but taking into account the culmination of everything of his past, both with FredvIII and the Jeff Hardy account (as mentioned, a Permanent Live Chat Vacation, a Permanent Forum Vacation, Account Sitting Abuse, and Numerous Warnings), the culmination of everything led to a Permanent Website Vacation.

Whenever anyone reaches a Permanent Vacation from the Forum or Live Chat, subsequent infractions may bump up to Permanent Website Vacations. Community Guidelines.

Considering FredVIII had both a Permanent Forum and Live Chat Vacation, in addition to a past history of a Major/Severe Infraction (Account Sitting Abuse), a Permanent Website Vacation was issued and warranted.

After losing his Jeff Hardy account, this loyal CC player created another account and bought ANOTHER premium just to keep playing this game!

We should cherish players like this not dump them. He has not gotten an official warning about swearing and we can ALL understand that CC can be frustrating sometimes.. We should just guide and/or coach this player, not ban him! This is probably the worst advertisement there is for a game: "We ban all dedicated players who get frustrated sometimes."

Anton is a great guy and a good sport. He's just verrry dedicated to this game so is easily frustrated when things don't go his way. It's his dedication and passion that drives him this way, not a wrongful personality.

But yeh I guess this site is ran by conservative Americans that still live the the 19th century when you couldn't say "f*ck"

I agree this was not the fairest route to go with this. FredVII has had problems in the past with rules on this site, and each time he was punished accordingly, and I get that all the past offenses of a player creates a trend and is used for further punishments in developments of cases. But I don't think that those past violations can be lumped in with this accusation, cause honestly his banter in chat is a separate offense that could be punishable in other ways.
There is a current 49 yes to 8 no vote on this, which hasn't had any attention for some time.

This would be the correct action to take if a player is deemed over the floating idea of what is acceptable and what isn't involving game chat.

While I am one in the forefront to clean up some users acts around here, what I saw from Fred was by no means anywhere the worst that i have seen others get away with. And yes while "if someone else can get away with it why cant I" shouldn't work in this case, I feel there needs to be a standard represented that wont be tolerated, instead of this judgement call thing.

And it is noteworthy for me to also mention that I told you that you would have the problem of innocent players getting abused for the wrong doers of others with this new auto kicking rule.

Was any thought given to the effect this can have on the innocent players around the site that are involved in teams games with users that abuses the rules?

My point being is that an unexpected user, and I will use myself as an example in this case, joins a teams game with other users, gets involved in the game and all of a sudden if they are not a frequent visitor to the C&A forum,(or sometimes even if they are) they loose a teammate cause that player has been deemed Guilty of violating CC's rules. I'm glad the consideration is given to give the team the troops and cards of that user but bottom line is I have to continue through a game now one man down.

And this all comes to the average user as a surprise.

This added tool/development will bring much needed justice to users who are robbed of points from multies but the consequences that this brings will also rob innocent players for the mis-conduct of others.

Now with this in place the current good order to joining games just got more tedious. Not only do I need to scan players that I don't normally play teams games with to see if they

• take their turns
• participate with the team
• have knowledgeable tactics

But now I need to also add

• search for their name in any abuse thread to make sure I don't go man down again unexpectedly

And in most cases since teams games take some time to fill I will need to re-visit searching this and hope they don't get disgruntle and abuse the rules in the time it takes to fill this game or heaven forbid in a non-spoils game to finish it.

I see the light at the end of the tunnel, I'm not disagreeing that something needed to be done to balance the fairness here, but I think your trading one vice for another.

A lot of innocent users will be punished and effected in their games by the actions taken by users that are beyond their control, and most of the time this will all happen unknowingly to them.
To add to it, if the owner who has done the abuse is accused, and found guilty via an E-Ticket it will be unknown to all prior to the discipline.

But why? FRED's supposed crimes, i.e. losing his rag when confronted with apparent cheating by other players, are not mentioned anywhere on the rules page, and in ages past the official policy was *always* to just put the offending player on your ignore/foe list, and to suck it up, cupcake. Looking at the Help tab, there's no mention that C&A is for anything other than secret alliances and multi suspicions.
