Other "Risk" type games
Does anyone know of any other "Risk" type games out there on the web that are multiplayer like this?
I would like to play one sometimes that is faster. As in, players have less time to play there turns. Like with the original risk cdrom game only on a worldwide playing field.
If you buy the official risk cd you can play against computer players or people that are there with you. You can set up LAN games but thats as far as it goes.
I think i found one once called domination or something to that effect but for some reason it was flawed.

http://www.dominategame.com is all realtime, but is flawed beacuse the avg turn times are 30-60 seconds, and if you run out of time, you lose...

it has only one map ( classic) some kind of weird play order , and no cards , you can set 1 min turns their and force other players turn if they take to long.
but i personally think it sucks due to having no cards, only one map, game log and chat log are in the same window. it is just boring to play the same map on and on without cards.
it works a bit like freestyle games on this site, but play order is 1. deploy 2. fortification (those troops will be used only for defense in the land you fortify )
and attacking phase. you can save up units by not deploying them so they are aviable for the next round . i am not sure if the other players see how many troops you have saved up it is a long time ago since i played it the last time.
you can play quick games on this site by joining live chat and asking for RT (real time) games , works very often and is really enjoyable .

There's no need to flame.... you're only hurting this site and its community by doing so.
I like cc too I was just asking. One can play more than one game if one so chooses.
