Community Perspective for the 21st Issue

We're making our 21st Issue our 1 year anniversary issue (it'll release on the same weekend that the first one did). So to reinforce that, we'd like to ask you how you feel the Foundry has changed/improved during the past year. Even if you haven't been around for a year, any responses are appreciated. No poll for this, as we'd like to keep with the retrospective, everyone loves some nostalgia.
