you had the name linked wrong. FIXED

I looked through about 5 of his other games that he has completed and he has the same trend, a lot of missed turns and most never ending, just letting the hour time clock run out. It is quite possible he doesn't know he is being intentionally annoying by doing this, a friendly PM to remind him or tell him how to end a turn could work.

An IP check on him wouldn't hurt though to see if he is/has had more then one account and is using this strategy to be malicious.

Also in your game you referenced you have 2 players from the USA ([player]Timmy23[/player] & [player]suitedslick[/player]) and 1 player from France ([player]courtoiss[/player]).
Rule number 2 of the community guidelines states that all discussion in Game Chat must take place in English or in a language all users partaking in the game can understand. You might want to watch this for the next time.

Thanks all for your responses, i only wrote in Portuguese because "Bigas" is Portuguese and was to tell him to do not so.
Its not usual for a Portuguese but i think he dont understand other languages.
