First player in each group to beat the other three players on the Luxembourg map four times will go through to the next round, where there will be four groups of four players. First player in each group to beat the other three players on the Luxembourg map four times will go through to the FINAL where four players will play on the Luxembourg map until one has won four times. Then, AND ONLY THEN, that player shall have the right to say they "own Luxembourg!"
